Many of the share market investors, traders and even big players are unaware of many ways adopted by so called share market experts and analysts who are recommending shares for purchase almost every day on various websites and through other modes for their own benefit only. The "Modus Oprendi" is very simple. Select one company, find out some of its positive factors and start buying for yourself, accumulate it and then recommend it to others as an excellent buy with many superlatives and highlights.

On the day of such recommendations, the particular share will open 8-9% up over the previous days price with a volume of 1000-2000 shares only. After opening, the share price will show hysterical movement with very low volume of 200-400 shares. Every one of you will think that it is really a goldmine which you should also catch without any further delay. Many innocent investors like you start buying at a price near to the upper circuit, which never comes. All of a sudden, you find that its share price is coming down. You think that the price will go up again and at this moment you are trapped. This happens at least in 90-95% cases recommended by many big operators cum analysts, who are always in search of buyers after creating position of 10000-20000 shares in a particular company before recommending it to others.
